Retail Store Manager – Simon Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Simon Premium Outlets location in Lee, MA. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop and motivate store team members.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll processing, employee relations and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store standards, compliance and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent moving, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
