POP MART is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead its premium location in Livermore, CA. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and developing a high‑performing team that embodies the brand’s creative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a talented store team while fostering an inclusive, customer‑first culture.
• Own all financial metrics, including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability, and drive key performance indicators such as conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead product launches, limited‑edition releases, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering knowledgeable product recommendations and resolving customer concerns.
