Retail Store Manager – Perimeter Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the Perimeter Mall location in Atlanta. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll processing, and store budgeting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain talent to build a strong, inclusive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail or apparel.
• Passion for Levi’s brands and a strong understanding of fashion retail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 40 lb.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
