Retail Store Manager – Nashville

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its 5th and Broadway location in Nashville, TN. The manager will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to provide outstanding customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate store staff.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, employee relations, visual merchandising, and overall store operations.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the apparel industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead a team.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
