Retail Store Manager – Lincoln City

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Lincoln City location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales, operational excellence, and brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and employees.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, sustainability initiatives, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing ladders, etc.).
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and fashion industry.
