About the role

Kendra Scott is opening a new store in Tampa, FL in September 2026 and is seeking a full‑time Store Leader to act as the CEO of the location. The role combines entrepreneurship, customer‑centric service, and team development to drive sales and community impact.

• Drive sales and store productivity while building guest loyalty through exceptional experiences.

• Increase brand awareness by building relationships with guests, organizations, and the community.
• Maintain audit and shrink results, follow asset protection standards, and adhere to company policies.
• Communicate clearly, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
