Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower associates while ensuring the store meets its performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff in line with business needs.
• Address customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People partners as required.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance goals.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and company assets.
• Promote an inclusive, safe and respectful work environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
