About the role

As a Retail Store Manager at Apple, you will lead a diverse team to deliver the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be hands‑on on the floor, coaching team members, handling escalations, and ensuring store performance aligns with Apple’s business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team to meet sales and service goals.
• Participate actively on the sales floor, modeling best practices and engaging with customers.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse workforce.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information, and maintain store assets.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related environment.
