About the role

As the Nespresso Store Manager at the Houston Galleria, you will lead the boutique, embody the brand, and create memorable coffee experiences for every guest. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and building a high‑performing team in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop store team members, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Design and deliver personalized coffee experiences, using storytelling to educate customers on Nespresso products and sustainability.
• Set sales and service targets, monitor performance, and implement coaching to achieve quarterly bonuses.
• Maintain operational standards, inventory control, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Engage with the local community, promote the Nespresso brand, and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or boutique management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for coffee culture.
