Retail Store Manager – High‑Volume Levi’s Store

About the role

Levi’s is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑volume retail location in Livermore. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and strengthening brand equity across a store generating $15 million+ in annual sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized business strategies using corporate intelligence.
• Coach, train, and evaluate all store managers to uphold customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Build an in‑store leadership team through Brand Service Leadership programs and ongoing training.
• Communicate corporate directives effectively throughout the store.
• Achieve daily sales and performance targets by modeling performance and providing continuous coaching.
• Recruit, select, develop, and retain top talent; enforce performance standards.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, safety, and security programs.
• Manage payroll, physical inventory counts, and merchandise replenishment plans.
• Pilot new initiatives from the Home Office and recommend process improvements.
