Retail Store Manager – Henderson, TX

About the role

Beyond Yoga is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Henderson, TX location. You will drive sales performance, foster a collaborative team culture, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑growing active‑lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and financial plans.
• Analyze performance metrics (conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour) and implement action plans.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop store personnel, including management staff.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and adherence to operational policies.
• Plan payroll and scheduling to align labor costs with sales forecasts.
• Oversee inventory receipt, pricing, ticketing, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to celebrate wins and address opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of operational excellence policies and inventory control.
