Retail Store Manager – Denver Premium

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Denver Premium location in Thornton, CO. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach associates to ensure a consumer‑centric environment.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate store team members.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store operations standards and ensure a safe, inclusive atmosphere for customers and staff.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for Levi’s brand heritage and retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
