About the role
Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the unique Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower associates while actively participating in floor activities to meet performance goals and business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and retain a diverse, high‑performing team.
- Assist with recruiting, training and onboarding of new associates.
- Engage with customers and team members throughout the store, modeling best practices.
- Address customer and associate concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Drive business priorities and achieve store performance targets through operational strategies.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and company assets.
- Promote an inclusive, safe and respectful environment.
Required profile
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
