Retail Store Manager – Alderwood Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Alderwood Mall location in Lynnwood, WA. The manager will lead the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing store team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, visual merchandising and overall store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging shopping environment for all customers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, sustainability initiatives and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a retail store.
• Passion for Levi’s brands and the apparel retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent moving, kneeling, reaching and ladder work.
