About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant you will connect customers to AT&T solutions by simplifying and enhancing their experience. The role is part‑time, focused on the store’s busiest periods, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services.
• Demonstrate and explain the latest technology, helping customers connect with tools and solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the visit.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance during peak hours.

• Tech‑savvy and resourceful with strong communication skills.
• Good‑natured, quick‑thinking, and able to learn on the spot.
• Advanced bilingual fluency to interact with customers daily.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience and problem‑solving.
