About the role

Join Bath & Body Works as a Retail Sales Associate at the Tanger Outlet in Mebane. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping customers discover products that make them feel good while delivering a high‑energy, friendly shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑store customer service through product knowledge, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in the rewards program on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, keep the cash wrap tidy, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support product replenishment, visual merchandising, floor set execution, window changes, and marketing placements.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards, including lifting up to 50 lb and climbing ladders as needed.
