Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history, heritage, and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance in line with Levi’s presentation guidelines.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods, including walking, squatting, and bending.
