Retail Sales Associate – Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Stylist) for its Levi's Outlet Store at Lake Buena Vista Outlets in Orlando. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging, fashion‑forward experience for every customer while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories, incorporating current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, and maintain merchandise presentation, including floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Support store leadership with elevated consumer issues and store compliance.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current style trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, and ladder use.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Customer service and sales orientation.
• Cash handling and basic merchandising procedures.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale and inventory systems.
