Retail Sales Associate – Store Front

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, helping shoppers discover Levi’s heritage while meeting daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals each day.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
