Retail Sales Associate – Outlet Store

About the role

Join Levi’s iconic outlet store in Tinton Falls as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service while helping customers discover the heritage and innovation behind every pair of jeans.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance according to Levi’s guidelines.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices for sales and inventory tasks, troubleshooting as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID‑enabled inventory and refill processes.
• Ability to read and follow technical training manuals.
