Retail Sales Associate – Outlet

About the role

Join Levi’s Outlet as a Retail Sales Associate and represent an iconic American brand. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping shoppers find the perfect denim and apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history, heritage and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with replenishment, security tagging, pricing, inventory counts and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance according to Levi’s visual standards.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
