Retail Sales Associate – Mobile Devices

About the role

This position supports retail sales by engaging customers, demonstrating mobile devices, and providing personalized recommendations to meet individual needs. Success is measured by building relationships, delivering accurate information, and contributing to a positive retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in serving customers and offering personalized product and service recommendations.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate product features and network benefits during interactions and onboarding.
• Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Assist customers across channels, addressing needs and questions to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support customer experience and team initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Mobile telecommunications knowledge.
• Product knowledge of mobile devices and services.
• Technical demonstration abilities.

• Competitive hourly base pay of $17 plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of incentives.
