Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Join Docomo Pacific’s retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the friendly face that welcomes customers into our stores, helps them find the right mobile devices, accessories and service plans, and ensures a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional store environment.
• Assist customers in selecting devices, accessories, and service plans that meet their needs.
• Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) and billing systems to process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, debit, gift certificates, refunds, exchanges and account updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels and visual merchandising.
• Support customers with Self‑Care setup and explain product features or promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and occasional store rotations.

Required profile

• Positive, people‑focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to stay calm, confident and solution‑driven under pressure.
• Basic computer and data‑entry proficiency, comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (telecom experience a plus).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, Japanese) are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
