Join Bath & Body Works as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face of the brand at the Tanger Outlet Center. You will help customers discover products that make them feel good while contributing to a vibrant, high‑energy store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through knowledgeable selling and personalized recommendations.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in the rewards program on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Provide efficient cash‑wrap service, keep the register area tidy, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support product replenishment, visual merchandising, floor‑set execution, and window changes.
• Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and store cleanliness while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.
