Retail Sales Associate – Freeport, ME

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join the Levi’s® Outlet Store in Freeport, Maine. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an engaging, customer‑focused shopping experience while representing iconic brands such as Levi’s®, Dockers® and Beyond Yoga®.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current promotions in line with Levi’s® service standards.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel sales.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to store management.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Follow all store policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
