Retail Sales Associate – Fashion Store

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the Tyson's Corner Center store in McLean, VA. You will represent the brand’s heritage while helping customers find the perfect fit and style.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company history and product lines.
• Provide exceptional service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing as needed.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices for troubleshooting and accessing training materials.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID inventory systems.
