Retail Sales Associate – Fashion

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for its Twelve Oaks store in Novi, MI. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by recommending outfits, promoting current trends and the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, perform markdowns, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
