About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join its Auburn Hills store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by suggesting outfits, promoting current trends and the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain store standards, follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure compliance with all Levi’s policies.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising initiatives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
