Retail Regional Operations Manager - Texas Market

About the role

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Retail Regional Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our Texas retail network, spanning from Amarillo to Victoria. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability across all stores.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cost‑effective and compliant operations across the Texas market.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, and asset management.
• Manage facilities, store compliance visits, and new store openings.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives for the region.
• Mentor store teams, enhance customer‑service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and willingness to travel within Texas.
