About the role

Pyramid Consulting Group is seeking a Retail Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for fashion and luxury retail clients across North America. The role is primarily remote but requires occasional on‑site presence in New York for client events and team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for temporary and permanent retail positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct interviews, review portfolios and assess candidate skills against role requirements.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates within the fashion and luxury sectors.
• Leverage direct sourcing, networking, and online research to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for the retail or luxury fashion industry, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, collaborative environment.
