Retail Operations Trainee – 12‑Month Corporate Program

About the role

The Dior Corporate Trainee program offers a 12‑month, full‑time opportunity for aspiring retail professionals. As a Retail Operations Trainee you will support the Retail Operations team in delivering consistent, efficient store performance across the network while gaining exposure to strategic projects and executive presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, presentation preparation, and internal communications.
• Maintain departmental digital assets on SharePoint and Teams, and manage the retail uniform program logistics.
• Track and analyse boutique, regional and system performance data, including compliance, inventory accuracy and audit reporting.
• Conduct boutique visits to gather operational feedback, assess SOP adherence and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations and digital content for Retail Excellence initiatives and new store openings.
• Assist with logistics for training sessions, workshops and departmental projects, providing on‑site or virtual support as needed.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of prior professional experience.
• Availability for a full‑time, 12‑month program from July 2026 to July 2027.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.
• Strong English communication skills.
