Retail Operations Manager, West Coast

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead the strategic vision for efficiency across Versace’s West Coast retail locations, both full‑price and outlet stores. Reporting to the VP of Retail, you will partner with regional directors and store leaders to ensure operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Retail Operations Handbook and deliver related training.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
• Provide operational support, identify training needs, and partner with the Inventory Management team to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Lead new operational projects, including store openings, renovations, pop‑ups, and events.
• Conduct regular visits to high‑priority stores and manage retail P&L, vendor negotiations, and supply orders.
• Coordinate system issue resolution with IT, oversee facilities maintenance, and manage uniform bulk orders.
• Consolidate reporting for all stores and collaborate with regional directors on weekly task execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of store operations management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Operations Manager in a high‑volume, complex environment.
• Ability to travel regionally at least two weeks per month.
