About the role
As a Retail Experience Supervisor you will lead a store team to deliver outstanding customer and employee experiences. You will focus on skill development, performance management and aligning store results with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain positive customer and employee experiences across the store.
- Analyze localized trends and share insights with other store leaders.
- Provide coaching, skill development and performance management for team members.
- Lead initiatives to maximize results and adjust strategies when needed.
Required profile
- At least one year of leadership experience.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
