Retail Director – North America

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Director to lead our North American portfolio of stores across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Global Retail Director, you will own full P&L responsibility and drive the strategic expansion of the brand in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American business strategy with full P&L ownership.
• Drive top‑line sales, market share, and profitability through merchandising, localized marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
• Oversee retail operations including store performance, inventory management, labour optimisation and loss prevention.
• Lead, mentor and develop regional and store managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate new store opportunities, supporting the real‑estate pipeline and launch process.
• Provide market insight to global leadership to inform product, brand and business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level retail leader with multi‑site experience in the North American market.
• Demonstrated success in expanding and growing an international retail business.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep P&L management experience and data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable with fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Inspirational people leader with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
