Retail Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Retail Digital Marketing Manager leads the digital strategy for Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops in the U.S. and globally. This role shapes media investment, digital commerce, and consumer engagement across a national franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for U.S. & Global Scoop Shops.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, media briefs, campaign calendars, and digital activation plans.
• Represent Scoop Shop needs in national and global campaign planning and execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Technology, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Franchise teams, agencies and external vendors to deliver digital experiences.
• Drive the design and rollout of a next‑generation loyalty program and unified customer data strategy.
• Integrate data sources such as Salesforce, POS, catering, and Olo order data into a single consumer view.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives for retail or franchise environments.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple functions and external partners.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
