Retail Customer & Employee Experience Manager

About the role

The Retail Customer & Employee Experience Manager will design and oversee the end‑to‑end journey for both customers and store staff across all Beyond Yoga locations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that every store delivers a consistent, elevated brand experience through effective communication, training, workforce planning, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year strategy for retail employee and customer experience that aligns with brand values and growth objectives.
• Maintain and evolve service and selling standards, training tools, coaching resources, and measurement practices to boost engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Partner with HR, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, finance, store design, visual merchandising, and field leadership to create seamless experiences.
• Lead retail learning and development initiatives, designing scalable curricula, product knowledge programs, and leadership development content.
• Manage workforce planning, balancing field capacity, labor constraints, and customer impact while serving as the primary gatekeeper for retail plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations, employee experience, or customer experience leadership.
• Strong ability to translate strategic vision into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience scaling processes and programs across a growing network of stores.
