Retail Brand Ambassador – Full‑Time (Home Improvement)

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic Retail Brand Ambassadors to promote its home‑improvement products in store locations across New Orleans. This full‑time, weekend‑required position offers a base hourly wage plus uncapped bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing customers during in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations highlighting product quality, installation services, and customer care.
• Approach and interact with shoppers in established retail locations to generate leads.
• Maintain a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel between sites.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and comfortable speaking publicly.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken individual who thrives on human interaction.
• Availability for rotating weekend shifts and flexible daily hours.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a personal, reliable vehicle.
