Retail Assistant Store Manager (Monroe, LA)

About the role

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports overall store effectiveness and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role helps meet performance, sales, and satisfaction goals while reinforcing company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, assist with device setup, plan selection, and complete sales transactions.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring company processes and standards are followed.
• Reinforce training, onboarding, and policy expectations through hands‑on guidance.
• Follow established procedures during scheduled shifts, including when the Store Manager is absent.
• Partner with the Store Manager on performance coaching and team development.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to actively sell and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Willingness to support training efforts and contribute to team member development.
• Flexibility to work a modified full‑time schedule (30‑39 hours per week).

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly wage between $20.50 and $21.50 plus uncapped commission.
