Restoration Technician – Entry Level or Experienced

About the role

Join SERVPRO of San Leandro as a Restoration Technician and help people recover from fire and water damage. You will work on a variety of restoration projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial assignments, ensuring each site is returned to its pre‑damage condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor‑intensive tasks required for restoration projects.
• Inventory, load, and unload the service vehicle with the necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintain the professional appearance and functionality of SERVPRO equipment and the assigned service vehicle.
• Represent the company by delivering consistent, high‑quality, and efficient work on every job site.

Required profile

• Strong desire to help people during difficult situations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team that values fairness and mutual respect.
• Willingness to learn and pursue industry certifications through company‑provided training.

Required skills

• Operation of restoration equipment (e.g., drying units, extraction tools).
• Vehicle loading and inventory management.
