About the role
Join a fast‑paced Dunkin’ restaurant as a Team Member, where you will prepare food and beverages, deliver great service, and keep the workspace clean and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety guidelines.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
- Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups and lids, and organize the stock room and refrigerated areas.
- Serve guests promptly, meet speed‑of‑service standards, and answer menu questions.
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to ensure a guest‑focused culture.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Honest, punctual and positive attitude.
- Guest‑focused mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
