Key responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ guidelines.
• Assemble and package orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups and lids at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when applicable.
• Meet speed‑of‑service standards and deliver accurate orders.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and guests.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Works well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
