About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin’ restaurant team as Team Members. In this fast‑paced role you will prepare food and beverages, serve guests, and keep the workspace clean and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food‑safety procedures.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders, including limited‑time offers.
- Take orders at the drive‑thru or front counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, service areas, and guest areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items at the workstation.
- Deliver accurate orders quickly while meeting speed‑of‑service standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
- Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Works well in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
