About the role
The Restaurant Team Member works in a Dunkin’ location to prepare food and beverages, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean, safe and organized. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and interacting with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food‑safety procedures.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
- Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers and promotions.
- Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups, lids and other items at the workstation.
- Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.
- Meet speed‑of‑service targets while delivering correct orders.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Works well with others in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Reliable, on‑time, honest and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
