About the role
Join a fast‑paced Dunkin’ restaurant team where you will prepare food and beverages, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests and working in a team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages following brand recipes and operational standards.
- Assemble, package, and deliver orders accurately and quickly.
- Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, service areas, and guest areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items at the workstation.
- Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and guests.
- Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
