About the role

The Restaurant Team Member works in a Dunkin’ location to prepare food and beverages, serve guests, and keep the workspace clean and safe. You will follow brand standards and ensure a friendly, guest‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ recipes and operational standards.
  • Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter, handle payments when required, and deliver accurate orders quickly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation, equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
  • Stock supplies such as cups and lids, and organize the stock room and refrigerated areas.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to support a guest‑focused culture.

Required profile

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Reliability, honesty, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
