About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will be the face of hospitality, delivering warmth and care to every guest. You will work in a fast‑paced bakery‑café environment, helping to create memorable experiences that keep guests returning.

Key responsibilities

• Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and warmth.
• Prepare salads, soups, sandwiches, and other menu items with accuracy and care.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas, including drive‑thru and barista stations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Adapt to daily priorities, support team success, and help set up for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum age 16 years and able to lift up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication skills in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food‑safety knowledge (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
