About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will be the front‑line ambassador delivering fast, friendly service while preparing food and beverages to brand standards. You will work in a high‑energy environment, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and the workspace stays clean and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders following Dunkin’ recipes and operational guidelines.
• Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter, handle payments when required, and deliver accurate orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, equipment, and guest areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items at the workstation and manage the stockroom and refrigerated areas.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to support a guest‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, honesty, and punctuality.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and follow brand standards.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lb, and perform repetitive motions.

Required skills
