About the role

Join a busy Dunkin’ restaurant as a Team Member and help deliver great food, beverages, and service to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every order meets brand standards while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages following Dunkin’ recipes and operational standards.
• Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
• Assemble, package, and deliver accurate orders quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, equipment, and guest areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups and lids, and organize the stock room and refrigerated areas.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to support a guest‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Works well with others in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift items up to 20 lb.
