About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will be part of a fast‑paced environment where you prepare food and beverages, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and organized. You will work directly with the Restaurant Manager and fellow crew members to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and food‑safety procedures.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
• Take orders at the drive‑thru or front counter and handle payments when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, equipment, and guest areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items at the workstation.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Deliver orders quickly while meeting speed‑of‑service targets.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and guests.
• Organise and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and honesty.
• Guest‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 20 lb.
