About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will prepare food and beverages, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. You will work in a fast‑paced environment serving guests at the drive‑thru or front counter.

Key responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and food‑safety procedures.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
• Take orders, handle payments, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, and other items.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, promotions, and limited‑time offers.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.
